Professor Khoshnevis announced his incredibly ambitious project in a TED talk, where he explained that not only could the mammoth printer create an entire 3D Printed House, it could build entire streets. The printer travels on a movable gantry, building each house in layers, adding concrete, plastic and metal to rapidly build every part of the home from walls to doorknobs.
